My father has a program called JAWS that transforms visual text on websites, emails or documents into verbal. I&#039;d be happy to burn and mail anyone visually impaired copies of this prohibitively expensive program(he works for the government, they bought it).Are there any programs that can turn sound from various sources into text?</description>
