The reply is the whole point of the poast; and it has been simply ignored and bypassed by the comment above. Attacks premised on the devaluation or denigration of women-as-women, no matter who the attack is directed at, is an attack on all women. Any man who tries to verbally "top" another man by calling him "bitch" is doing the same thing. Simplest syllogism. Bitch means woman. Bitch is bad, or less-than. Women are bad, or less-than.
