They didn't want to be branded as "weak on Defense" and were only thinking of one thing - re-election. They weren't thinking of us ("the troops") then and they certainly don't give a crap about us now if they think March or September of 2007 is acceptable for an exit date. The only acceptable date to leave Iraq is YESTERDAY and the only acceptable politician is the one who DID NOT VOTE to authorize King George's war.
