We’re Moving
This is a heads-up to Feral Scholar readers and posters: Friday night, Sep 7th, the site gnomes moved Feral Scholar to a new server. Service was interrupted for about 15 or 20 minutes, after which we came back online with this new look-n-feel.
We appreciate your patience, etc. This new site offers a couple of nice new features and, we hope, a somewhat friendlier layout. All the archives are coming with us, so none of your (or our) deathless prose should be lost. Welcome to the the housewarming party

East Coast moderator to the West Coast moderator and to Webgeek… computers are glorifired typewriters to me, so all glory to DeAnander and Brian aka Webgeek.
As an aging person with not-so-great eyes any more, and someone who enoys the earthtones, I send my grateful accolades for the ease-of-reading, DeAnander’s innovative memebar (and friendly design), and the randomly rotating quotes in the URC.

What happened to the original Stan Goff Feral Scholar site?? What a Bummer. I hope that Stan got some money from this. I really honestly hope so, because I know that he has bills to pay just like the rest of us.Personaly it still sucks it. Fuck man!! I search for him on the web and all is lost in regards to the previous listings that use to exist. Fucking internet. It is no LIBARARY!! DIG?? I hope he may see this and keep the faith! STAN: This is the same site, only better. This site does NOT make money. We barely get by. These changes are done collaboratively between me and DeAnander, my friend and co-owner/moderator. The ranger-commie, left’s alpha-male thing has never been my project and always been a projec-tion of others who seem to thirst after that kind of crap. If you’ve been keeping up, gender has been on the table for a minute now. We struggle against masculinism.

Stan, I’d be interested in your comments re: the “Dalton Fury” book at http://www.daltonfury.com. I haven’t read it but it seems to discuss senior leadership failures that affected SFOD-D’s effort to find Bin Laden.
