Trading in one tyrant for more than a dozen tyrants is not progress. I am reminded, constantly, by former President George W. Bush's May 1, 2003 declaration that " major combat " in Iraq was done. Finished. Gone. Odd time to say an odd thing, it was. And totally inaccurate as well.
