Pasting in an email spam from the so-called RPUSA, that made me think Mussolini the minute I started reading it. Lots of anticapitalist rhetoric, including citation of Latin American socialist leaders. Violent antisemitism. Links to violent gun-nut websites.

When I was doing covert-ish stuff in the military, one of the tradecraft stand-by’s was that when you concoct a cover, it should be at least 90% true. That’s how you can smuggle in the bullshit with a pre-established verisimilitude.

Reiterating here, with evidence now, that fascism is a middle-class phenomenon; and again this points to the importance of reaching out to a signficant sector of the middle-class with alternative analyses early and often. If a significant fraction of this dangerous class is not inoculated, when the big crash hits, they look for an authoritarian father-figure and they reach for guns.

They also look for enemies. These knuckleheads are resurrecting Tim McVeigh and the World Jewish Consiracy. But the really convenient scapegoats in the US are Latin American immigrants; and the handwriting is already on the wall in Arizona.

This crap needs to be exposed the minute it rears its head, even if it is tedious and difficult to explain what is wheat and what is chaff in missives like the one below. In fact, I hope people will distribute this particular “newsletter,” with critique. Facebook maybe, where it will generate lots of controversy, even flame wars; but where the conversations can be had that pull the demons smuggled into this lefty-ish language and expose them to sunlight.

NEW RPUSA SAYS IT’S TIME TO REBUILD THE MIDDLECLASS!

No nation on earth or in history has long survived once its middleclass
was impoverished or destroyed – and the same is true of the USA now
whether it’s contrived, recognized, admitted, or not! The primary
destroyer of the middleclass is taxation and interest/usury/Debt – for
both taxes & usury take money out of society causing currency shortages,
recession & depression – all artificial manipulations controlled by
private-bankers at their whim & will – just as they did with area “bank
panics” in the 1800s – same manipulations, different day! As despicable
as it may seem, private-bankers historically have ruined more folks than
numbers can count – as can be seen daily from the toxic slime oozing out
of Wall Street and for industrial, home, and now investment foreclosures!
Why do we tolerate Israeli-foreign-bankers in charge of OUR national
currency & credit? In the last decade alone, let alone since the
“Reagan-regime”, the middleclass has not been destroyed by taxation – but
by the Bondage of INTEREST / USURY! The Debt on everything, every
manmade item we see around us, is now almost 20-times its real value
thanks to compound interest/usury – and the illegal wars/occupations
forced upon us have already cost every man, woman & child in America
close to $10K EACH – and still counting – all to the benefit of the
International Banking Cartels!

For those that can still remember, or can ask a parent or grandparent,
just six-decades ago during the “Eisenhower-Era” there was NO
Interest/Usury on the purchase of any home in America – the price of each
home was just the Cost of Materials + the Cost of Labor – NO thirty-year
mortgages, NO compound interest/usury, NO long term debt – just a 2% flat
“service charge” on the balance of the total cost of the home to fund the
housing administration staffed by Civil Servants! Private usurious
bankers were unknown & unheard of at the time! The current
“Predatory-Capitalist” system under which we all currently suffer did not
take root until the Military-Industrial Complex (MIC) took hold under the
“Johnson-regime” & LBJs escalation of the Viet Nam War!

From Eisenhower to Reagan, Americans lived under a system of “checks &
balances” whereby corporations were regulated to serve the mutual benefit
of all concerned – but the MIC changed all of that when the Viet Nam war
was escalated and the war-profiteers on Wall Street gained immense
political & financial powers under the “Reagan-regime”, tripling the
“national debt” in only 8 years! Now we see those very same
transnational-corporations using the MIC to advance their confiscations
all around the world wherever natural resources can be found and
exploited. But both the Viet Nam fiasco and the current Mid-East
occupations have destroyed TWO GENERATIONS of American Youth – back to
back – with massive war dead & wounded & vast destruction, and all for
nothing to show at the local level – but immense profits for Wall Street!

There has been little to no fighting between organized armies or opposing
military units – the occupation armies are just engaged in “smash & grab”
home invasions done by USA & Allied military units – in the dead of night
– while people try and sleep – where home after home in the occupied
zones are trashed by foreign troops taking money & valuables under the
pretense of “denying assets to terrorists”, ad nauseam! These are not
“wars” anyone can be proud of being a part – these are nothing more than
violent attacks upon weaker populations who were already just one step
ahead of the Stone Age – these are military actions just like the
Israelis have perpetuated against the Palestinians for the past
six-decades! Yet the psychological impact upon all participants is
already beginning to surface as massive desertions, suicides, homicides
against family & friends, and moral decay within our society follows the
exact scenario warned against by Moses in Leviticus 26 & Deuteronomy 28
several thousands-of-years ago! America once founded on Biblical
principles is now under Judgment – and it’s coming home to roost!

The only hope to Rebuild a Solid Middleclass once again is the following:
(1) End the foreign occupations immediately & bring the troops home; (2)
Retrain the troops for a domestic work force in manufacturing &
production & education; (3) Seize the assets & ill-gotten gains of the
private-banking-cartels & transnational corporations and Restore the
interest/usury-free U.S. Treasury Banking system; (4) Remove all debts &
mortgages from all homeowners immediately; (5) Issue currency into
circulation based upon the actual fair-market value of what is produced,
and needs to be produced in America, and not upon instruments of “credit
or debt”; (6) Establish Public Works Projects to rebuild the national
infrastructure incorporating all aspects of “Green Technologies”; (7)
Nationalize all Natural Resources & National Resources via Public
Utilities & Public Corporations administered by professional Civil
Servants; (8) Implement a Universal Health Care program for every
Citizen; (9) End “pauperism” for the disabled and senior citizens; and
(10) Make Education available for everyone regardless of their immediate
income!

By forbidding domestic transnational (multinational) corporations from
moving their manufacturing to foreign countries, chasing after
“cheaper-labor”, that has destroyed so many domestic jobs – and then
forbid them from importing what they now make overseas back into this
country – will force these transnational-corporations to rebuild a
domestic work force or face revocation of their corporate-charters,
seizure of their assets, individual prosecution, and the turning over of
the corporate assets to new management loyal to the American workforce!
A reestablished U.S. Treasury Banking system can SPEND the money
necessary to rebuild this nation WIITHOUT DEBT by having something to
show for it in the form of commodities and product and a new
infrastructure, etc. There is nothing standing in our way but the
Courage & Know-How to just DO IT!

Currently in Bolivia, for example, the government of President Evo
Morales has established a 60% – 40% split, whereby the people of Bolivia
receive 60% of all profits, and 40% to the transnational-corporations
wishing to do business in Bolivia in regards to the mining of natural
resources – and its been discovered that Bolivia has the largest deposits
of lithium ever found so far – a mineral that is absolutely essential for
long-life batteries & electronics! The same 60/40 program should be
adopted by every nation since the Natural Resources of any given nation
belongs to the Sovereign People of that nation – and should be shared
equally as done by the State of Alaska via its “Social Credit” program of
providing a check each year to every man, woman & child born in Alaska
for the depletion of their State’s Natural Resources!

“Bill Clinton, the Southern Poverty Law Center and almost the entire
corporate media are not letting a good opportunity go to waste today – by
dancing on the graves of 168 victims and exploiting the 15th anniversary
of the false flag Oklahoma City Bombing to demonize their political
enemies, the Internet, and anyone who dares to express dissent against
the federal government.
The propaganda putsch coincides with FBI head Robert Mueller stating that
right-wing extremist groups and anti-government militias now represent as
big a terror threat as Al-Qaeda, as the whole apparatus of the war on
terror is shifted to target Americans increasingly angry at the egregious
corruption in government and the global economy as their standard of
living plummets and their pension funds are under threat of seizure.
It also dovetails President Obama’s hyping last week of the threat posed
by individuals acquiring nuclear weapons, a claim top nuclear experts
like Henry Sokolski have derided as overstated and not based on any new
intelligence.
Obama’s warning arrives shortly after FEMA was forced to scale back a
simulated nuclear bomb attack by “terrorists” in Las Vegas that was set
to involve 10,000 emergency responders, U.S. troops and officials in role
playing exercises.
Former President Bill Clinton told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on Friday that he
is worried rising anger at the federal government could lead to another
OKC bombing, implying that people who use the Internet to express dissent
will be to blame for the violence.
Clinton’s exploitation of the Oklahoma City bombing anniversary is being
parroted across the establishment media as if it’s just a year or two
since the attack on the Alfred P. Murrah building. Clearly, such intense
coverage of an incident that took place fifteen years ago is being done
to keep the heat on the millions of Americans who distrust the federal
government in the continuing effort to portray them as domestic
terrorists.
A key facet of this PR campaign is to reinforce the official story behind
the Oklahoma City Bombing, that the attack was carried out by right-wing
anti-government extremists and a similar tragedy could strike again
unless the Internet is censored and Constitutionalists, tea party
members, libertarians and anyone who expresses dissent are harassed and
have their free speech revoked.
The top story on the SPLC’s website today also invokes the OKC bombing as
a lesson through which to refocus attention on “right-wing extremists”.
“April 19 marks the 15th anniversary of the bombing of a federal building
in Oklahoma City – the worst single act of domestic terrorism in our
nation’s history and a grim reminder of the fruits of right-wing
radicalism. The anniversary comes as the antigovernment militia movement
is experiencing a resurgence,” states the SPLC website.
There can be little doubt that the American people are being manipulated
to accept the inevitability that right-wing militias and lone wolf
extremists are preparing another attack, and that the culprit for the
violence will be talk radio, the Internet, and the widespread dissent now
being displayed against the federal government.
Don’t be surprised if the feds activate their networks of paid
provocateurs and stooges to stage yet another false flag attack that will
be used to silence the free speech of the government’s most prominent
critics.
As part of this propaganda effort, MSNBC will today air “The McVeigh
Tapes: Confessions of an American Terrorist,” where viewers will hear for
the first time Timothy McVeigh admitting that he carried out the attack.
What they won’t hear is McVeigh admitting, as he explained in a letter to
his sister prior to the attack, that he was working at the behest of the
federal government when he detonated the bomb that tore apart the Alfred
P. Murrah building.
“In a Oct. 20 letter, McVeigh wrote his sister that he and nine other
soldiers had been taken to a private intelligence briefing at Fort Bragg,
where they were told they could be required to participate in
government-sanctioned assassinations and government-sponsored drug
trafficking,” reported the New York Times on July 1 1998.
In reality, as anyone who has done five minutes research into the OKC
bombing will understand, the official story crumbles on the merest hint
of casual examination.
While the media, the SPLC, the ADL and similar organizations are happy to
play the Timothy McVeigh card over and over again, they are less
enthusiastic to mention the fact that McVeigh planned his deadly assault
on the Alfred P. Murrah building under the intimate direction of a
high-level FBI official, according to McVeigh’s co-conspirator Terry
Nichols, a claim voluminously backed up by a plethora of evidence that
has been presented in court on several occasions.
The SPLC fear-mongering machine has long claimed the patriot movement is
associated with white supremacists and militias and may engage in
violence. In fact, there is plenty of evidence that the SPLC itself has
“enabled” the miniscule and completely irrelevant white supremacist
movement in order to magnify the ludicrous threat they claim these fringe
groups pose.
In 2004, a declassified FBI memo obtained by an Oklahoma newspaper
revealed that the SPLC had operatives inside the Identity settlement in
Elohim City, Oklahoma. “References to an informant working for the SPLC
at Elohim City on the eve of the Oklahoma City bombing raises serious
questions as to what the SPLC might know about McVeigh’s activities
during the final hours before the fuse was lit in Oklahoma City – but
which the SPLC has failed to disclose publicly,” the Daily Gazette
reported.
Fifteen years after the Oklahoma City Bombing, the establishment is using
the same tactics in an effort to make history repeat itself, by obsessing
about the supposed extremist threat, which is clearly part of an attempt
to prod and provocateur any potential nutcases out there into convincing
themselves to become the next Timothy McVeigh, if not merely a prelude to
the government itself using patsies to carry out an attack as they did
with McVeigh.
The salacious media storm surrounding “Jihad Jane” and the Hutaree
militia is completely unjustified from an objective perspective and
indeed, had these stories occurred when Bush was in office they wouldn’t
have received one tenth of the attention.
No matter whether such terror plots are genuine or contrived, they only
get press coverage when they complement the targeting of whichever group
the establishment is trying to demonize at that particular time.
Consider the case of Joel Henry Hinrichs III, a young white man who
killed himself on October 1 2005 when he detonated a suicide bomb on the
University of Oklahoma (OU) main campus just 200 yards west of Oklahoma
Memorial Stadium, where 84,501 spectators were attending a football game.
This happened a few months after the 7/7 London bombings, which were
blamed on radicalized Muslim terrorists. Merely because the media at that
time was obsessed with demonizing Muslims as terrorists, the story
received next to no attention. Imagine if a white American were to blow
himself up in Oklahoma in 2010, do you think the media would be
interested? The establishment only plays up terror plots when they feed
into the agenda they are pursuing, which is a pretty big clue as to who
is behind provocateuring such incidents in the first place.
While hyping the deadly threat posed by violent right-wing extremists,
the government itself is paying people to pose as right-wing extremists
and make violent threats.
Remember, it was the feds, paid for with your tax dollars, who directed
phony right-wing radio host Hal Turner to make death threats against
federal judges in Illinois and lawmakers in Connecticut.

2007. “His job was basically to publish information which would cause
other parties to act in a manner which would lead to their arrest,”

“Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the
federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law,
arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and
detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of
“an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid
development of new programs.”

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid
contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to
build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States.
The government has also contracted with several companies to build
thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly
to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is
part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal
the removal of “all removable aliens” and “potential terrorists.”

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained
about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to
taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of
“new programs” require the construction and refurbishment of detention
facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house
perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), “Use of
the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies,” gives the executive the
power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century,
the president is now authorized to use the military in response to “a
natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other
condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has
occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public
order.”

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before
the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of
anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of
“terrorist” organizations, or who speaks out against the government’s
policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens
alike.

Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security
Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure “continuity of government”
in the event of what the document vaguely calls a “catastrophic
emergency.” Should the president determine that such an emergency has
occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary
to ensure “continuity of government.” This could include everything from
canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear
attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.

U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a
new way to expand the domestic “war on terror.” Her Violent
Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955),
which passed the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a
commission to
“examine and report upon the facts and causes” of so-called violent
radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations
on combating it.

According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her
colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a
native brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping
investigative power to combat it.

A clue as to where Harman’s commission might be aiming is the Animal
Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who “engage in sit-ins,
civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal
rights” as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be
anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists,
environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights
supporters … the list goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf,
the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000
“terror suspects” with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.

What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make
contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own
citizens?

The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power
under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use
the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.”

IMPACT OF COCHABAMBA CONFERENCE ON THE WORLD!
Because of the failure of the Copenhagen Conference dealing with issues
of Global Warming, initiated by the United Nations, but deliberately
sabotaged by the USA, Brits & French (so-called “industrialized
nations”), an agreement was never met that would extend or advance the
Kyoto Protocol to reduce atmospheric carbon emissions! Instead the most
prolific emitters of “dirty air” agreed among themselves to allow an
additional 3-5% increase in Global Heat – but that directly affects polar
ice-melting that is “sinking” many island nations as sea levels rise –
and stands in direct violation of the UN Declaration on the Rights of
Indigenous Peoples!

In short, the handful of “industrialized nations” wish to stick to
“business as usual” at the expense of everyone else that stands in their
way of “production & profits” and their main focus is on how to control
the “effects” of Global Warming – rather than the “Causes” of Global
Warming. As part of their scheme, there is the invention of a fictitious
“Carbon Tax”, like a private-bank-derivative, and use it as a
“poker-chip” in their vast gamble of Global Warming. The
“Carbon-Tax-Chips” would be traded among themselves & others – with
equity – so that for every part-per-million of current & future carbon
emissions, a tree would be purchased or traded within some international
preserve somewhere on earth! The fact that the Germans have controlled
all carbon emissions for the past 25 years – as have others within the
European Union (EU) – doesn’t seem to phase the industrial-polluters, as
transnational-corporations, chartered for the most part here in America –
hence the American opposition to Clean Air Acts or the focusing on the
“Causes” of Global Warming.

As a direct and proximate result of the Copenhagen failure, Bolivia, via
its President Evo Morales, sponsored a week-long summit in the town of
Tiquipaya, just outside Cochabamba, known “La Cumbre,” whereby seventeen
working groups met to discuss various climate-related issues, from
climate debt to the dangers of carbon trading. At the conclusion, summit
organizers released an “Agreement of the Peoples” based on the working
group meetings. Over 30,000 persons attended all or part of this event
from all parts of the world – the exception being representatives of the
“industrialized nations” – and this final Agreement will be enacted in
the countries that participated, as well as being formally introduced to
the United Nations. The basic issues rest upon
transnational-corporations exploitation of the Natural Resources of
countries other than their own, for the most part former Colonial
empires, and leaving the environment is a debased & devastated manner
detrimental to all forms of life! Second is the contribution of this
devastation to the effects of Global Warming; and thirdly, the lack of
any just compensation for the devastation left behind!

Prime examples of these claims is Bhopal India, and the Union Carbide
disaster that killed & injured upwards to in excess of 100,000 persons –
never yet compensated by Union Carbide! The Exxon-Valdez disaster in
Alaska and now after 22 years, not a single dime paid in compensation,
howbeit a Federal Court Ordered $5 Billion in compensation – meanwhile
Exxon continues to make in excess of Billions-of-dollars EACH QUARTER of
EACH YEAR! Closer to home is the recent death of 29 miners in West
Virginia all because Massey Coal Co. would rather pay $1.85 Million in
fines for 1600+ violations of Health & Safety rules than maintain a
working ventilation system for its mine workers! If anyone wonders what
the future will hold once “Corporate Fascism” finally takes hold of all
aspects here in America – these few examples should suffice for the whole
– we as a people are going BACKWARDS IN TIME as to unsafe working
conditions, low wages, and callous indifference to the welfare of working
people!

Yet that subject was not lost, for at the closing of the Cochabamba
Conference in Bolivia, in a speech delivered byVenezuelan President Hugo
Chávez, he warned that “capitalism” could lead to the destruction of the
planet. Here is an excerpt, “We will not submit to the hegemony of the
imperial Yankees. You can even write it down. If the hegemony of
capitalism continues on this planet, human life will one day come to an

remember this: the planet lived for millions of years without the human
species.” And it might be added that “predatory-capitalism” has been in

now facing America – especially when only 1% now owns in excess of 90%
